Our tech quickly found the problem, offered solutions, and was very respectful of social distancing needs. :)
These are not normal circumstances or times in which we are living today. There has to be an extra measure of caution with just about everything we do. A normal preventive maintenance check of one’s Air Conditioning system before the heat and humid summer of Northern Virginia arrives turns into a full scale health check. The folks at Nice Heating & Air know this and have taken your health and theirs into full account. The technician that performed the check of our HVAC system was “Professional”. He notified us 10 minutes in advanced to arrival to our home. He arrived on time, introduced himself and politely started his work. He asked all the required questions to complete the job as required and advertised. Afterwards he made sure that everything was clean and in its place. He provided me with a summary of his work and his recommendations to keep our A/C system running and worry free. Great Job!
Very professional and excellent knowledge about my system.
Jamaal Sartor was outstanding! He checked everything quickly and arrived earlier which greatly helped me.
The Technician, Jamaal Sartor was exceptional. He was professional, reassuring and work was organized and clean. We needed 2 Gas Fireplaces checked, one was not functioning properly. Jamaal diagnosed the issue and expertly educated us on options. He not only checked the other fireplace but provided a ‘rejuvenation,’ for the other. We will be using Nice with the hopes we have Jamaal Sartor as the technician.
Very professional team that provided great service. The communication was very good with explanations every step of the way.
Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Great prices too.
Javi approached my issue in a timely and efficient manner. He was professional and courteous the entire time. Circumstances outside of Javi's control prevented him from completing the call on day one, but he was gracious enough to work through a scheduling error on my part and waited to fix my issue bright and early the next day. All around great technician with a desire to take the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction.
Javi really knew what he was doing. He took a tough job and made it seem simple. Everything works perfectly. Thanks. Now, the pricing was a little iffy. Installing a thermostat quite often involves running wires from the furnace or AC. I was surprised at how much extra this cost.
